People study theology for various reasons, and not only to make it their profession. Some find it a fascinating field about which they would like to know more, whereas others search for spiritual enrichment through studies, or may want to equip themselves to function more effectively in the workplace. The faculty also offers programmes that will benefit students who do not necessarily want to become ministers but would like to enrich their lives and be developed.

Vision
Manthano Bible College(M.B.C) provides biblical education for churches and communities in South Africa. Manthano serves pastors and other leaders by offering theological education at various levels and to be practically effective in ministry. Our students are trained to become "Gnostes" experts in the bible.
Practical Theology
Practical Theology focuses on what Christians do; in other words, how they experience and express their faith (faith

Statement "Scripture Alone" Sola Scriptura
We believe that the Bible, is the final authority. The Bible is the final source of Christian living.
We believe that inspiration was the work by which God, through his Spirit and human writers, gave us his word.
We believe it is the responsibility of the Church to guard the Word of God, to convey it to future generations, and to proclaim it to unbelievers, since the light of God's Word brings healing to the nations.
